A) VIRTUAL DOMAIN DEVELOPMENT & HOSTING - Web site will be hosted on our Internet Client Server. There are typically 6 to 16 pages, just one enterprise. Pages are transferred at T1 (1.5 million characters per minute), up to 20 megabytes of hard disk memory included. Some stock graphics included at no cost. Build time, 1 to 4 weeks*. Email links on home page included.

COST: Domain production; starting at $400.00 for static domains, comprehensive agency domains start at $2,500 (we've done $12,000 sites). Fee billable over two (2) months. Hosting from $30.00 to $55.00 per month plus charges. Unlimited hits, static hosting (no changes after site is in production, see notes below).

B) UNIQUE PAGE "THIS MONTHS SPECIAL" - A daughter page per special, loads faster, provides superior opportunities to advertise over the web in news groups, permits more information to be presented, enables faster initial and subsequent updates, can be linked to other pages.

COST: just $15.00 per page (monthly charge to client), unlimited hits, static hosting (no changes after initial posting). Please identify each special with it's start date and end date, removal of reference eliminated for free. 1 photo, if provided over the web, text and link for this price.

Secondary graphic on directory (thumbnail, etc.) add $2.50.

NOTE: If the business sends the prepared photo and text via email to the web master, the cost is only $10.00 per page. To be eligible: Each email message must contain the finalized text and 1 photo for 1 page only. This not only makes listing and invoicing management easier, but reduces the work required to process the data. This savings of our time is passed on to you. Additional photos are $2.50 each or by special arrangement.

C) BUSINESS CYBER TOUR - An internet walk through a showroom or office, 6 photo's included in price, if provided over the web. Additional photo's can be presented, can include a locator map and directions to the property or a voice recording. A web animation of the property can be created. Tour includes agent photo, will be linked in multiple locations of site. Listing announcement graphics placed on order at no cost (see notes below). Complete tour production (we arrange for photo shoot) can be arranged .

COST: just $65.00 per listing (one time charge), unlimited hits, static hosting (no changes after initial posting). Includes one (1) update to listing.

D) BUSINESS LOCATOR MAP - Prepared for each property. Simple animation (2 frame) draws attention. Ideal addition to your web site.

COST: just $20.00 per map (one time charge), client must forward sketch via email or fax. We will produce final graphic and animation (be sure to put concise directions to business on fax).

E) ELECTRONIC CATALOGS - Prepared for each client. Display products or services over the web. Our technique provides faster downloading, provides superior opportunities to advertise over the web in news groups, permits more information to be presented, enables faster initial and subsequent updates, can be linked to other pages (the CONTACTS page). NOT COMMERCE ENABLED, your office must process the sale, or request for info. 18 thumb nailed images and 2 index pages included for this price. (be sure to put correctly spelled and priced information on documents).

COST: starting at $250.00 per catalog (one time charge), 16 images included if provided on disk or over the internet, client must forward material, preferably via email. Catalog is static (no changes) after production (see ancillary charges below).

SPECIAL CATALOG NOTE: MANY TIMES, A CLIENT THINKS e-commerce, but could save money and use a catalog for " WEB LAY-AWAY " with their local customers! Defray your internet charges by having the customer stop in to pay and pick up their merchandise. This way, you gain floor traffic too ( what a great idea )
