Collecting information from our website visitors:
We do not collect information on visitors to our site. We employee no cookies or other techniques to obtain information about a visitor . The only record we do collect is a visitors Internet Protocol Address (IP address) which is recorded in our server log. This is a customary technique used by web servers in the event of malicious attempts to access the server. The IP address identifies the address of the computer trying to access our server and the information hosted on it.

Integrated encrypts all privileged and private medical information sent over the internet with our billing applications. This encryption complies with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy Rule . The Office for Civil Rights enforces the HIPAA Privacy Rule, which protects the privacy of individually identifiable health information, and the confidentiality provisions of the Patient Safety Rule, which protect identifiable information being used to analyze patient safety events and improve patient safety. Our practices comply with Section 164.308(a)(4) Isolating Health Care Clearinghouse Function.
While Integrated will make every attempt to protect the personal information that you share with us, electronic mail is not secure against interception. Confidential information should not be e-mailed to us. This includes patient names, claim numbers, provider identification numbers, health insurance claim numbers, etc. Doing so could expose you or others to fraud and abuse. If your communication is very sensitive, you should use one of the encrypted applications or communications applications to forward sensitive patient information. Sending protected information in a non secure email is a reportable offense with HIPAA. Integrated does welcome questions, comments and suggestions regarding our Web site.
