Processing an Existing Patient

Integrated has two types of patients and that's where our charges to you come from. A patient once entered as a new patient, is considered an EXISTING PATIENT. We also call that the SUBSEQUENT CLAIM. Record the information on our HALF SHEET CID.

ON LINE EXISTING PATIENT PROCESSING: On integrated's home page, look for the graphic that says HEALTHCARE PROVIDER MENU. Clicking on that graphic will bring you to the provider processing menu (below). At the top of the menu under the link for "Enter a New Patient" are links for entering deliveries to patients already on file. These applications are tailored for sending us what is needed to generate a claim based on the modality. The DIABETIC SUPPLIES application is tailored to diabetic patient deliveries. The INHALATION SUPPLIES application is tailored to inhalation therapy deliveries, etc. The GENERIC SUPPLY ENTRY is the catch-all for canes, walkers, wheelchairs, oxygen, etc. . . Besides telling us who you are (client number), we need to know the date, the patient, and how many of what product you delivered. You also have a text area to enter messages or notes if needed. Click the SUBMIT INFORMATION button to encrypt and transmit the information entered. The next screen will confirm we received it, and give you options to enter another patient or exit the entry applications. The confirmation screen is shown below. .

Integrated would prefer if you would use the internet to enter your information. It helps us two ways: 1. It can always be read 2. It reduces costs PAPER BASED EXISTING PATIENT PROCESSING: Did we mention that we would prefer if you would enter your information via the internet? For paper processing, please click - > HELP COMPLETING A CID or Half Sheet CID Some clients have "HALF SHEET CID's FOR EXISTING PATIENTS" that where produced two per page. Others have a version with just one per page and some instructions. If you only use the top, please just fax us the top and don't send us the instructions on the newer versions! If the patient is already on file with Integrated, please do not resend the full sheet NEW PATIENT CID. Don't send documents we don't need please.
