Changes in Patient Condition or Insurance

ON LINE PATIENT INFORMATION CHANGES:

On integrated's HEALTHCARE PROVIDER MENU, look under the existing patient links for the links called:

Update Patient Information . and. .Terminate Therapy / Patient

For CHANGES IN PATIENT INFORMATION - Besides telling us who you are (client number), we need to know the specific change to the patient's information. Just enter the change in the text area.

For TERMINATION OF THERAPY / PATIENT - Besides telling us who you are (client number), we need to know the date of the event and what product is to be terminated. If the patient is deceased you can just say CTB (cease to breath) and everything will be stopped. Just enter the information in the text area.

 

Click the SUBMIT INFORMATION button to encrypt and transmit the information you entered.

 

After your click the SUBMIT INFORMATION button, you will see the screen that confirms we received it, and give you options to enter another patient or exit the entry applications.

 

It is more efficient if you BATCH THESE KINDS OF UPDATES. Sending a weekly update produces the same results with less labor. Patient CTB or terminations should be sent to us as soon as is possible to prevent us from generating rental or diary billings after the event date.

 

You may also use the SECURE COMMUNICATIONS application on the Healthcare Provider Menu to send us multiple updates and other information we need as well. There is a text area at the bottom that you can put any message(s) in. When you click the SUBMIT INFORMATION button, the information is encrypted and you see the confirmation screen.

PAPER BASED CHANGES OR TERMINATIONS:

Did we mention that we would prefer if you would enter your information via the internet?

For paper processing, you will need to fax or mail the information to Integrated. No fax cover sheet or record everything on the fax cover sheet.
